We shall provide a Tenant Management System for Landlords and Operators to generate punctual monthly billing, collect rental, default rental management, activities management and many others. The system is important to constantly keep the Tenant details up to date, all "Support Tickets" submitted has been responded to in a timely manner, and all rents and other charges has been collected promptly. Good customer data will provide useful information in the long run, especially in establishing the demographic profiles of existing "best tenants" which can be used during the acquisitions of new tenants' campaigns.
